5 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
1 pint of strawberries with leaves intact

in a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate, stirring
occasionally until smooth. holding berries by the stem, dip
in cocolate and place, stem down, on
a wire cooling rack. refrigerate until hard.
