the little women special edition
dvd found its way to our house and ive just
conquered both trivia games while making deliciously simple potatoes.

a quarter cup of margarine
three baked potatoes, chilled and cubed
1 clove garlic
salt and pepper

melt margarine in a heavy skillet. add
potatoes and garlic. toss until the potatoes
are coated and turn heat to medium-low. cook
without stirring for 15 minutes. flip and cook
for 15 minutes more, or until theyre nice and golden-crunchy.
sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
